To Be A Child Again!
Happy August 1st everyone! Kalineh here with some fun details regarding the ‘To Be A Child Again’ event starting on the 8th. The Mods covered most of the specific details in this month’s Agenda and were even awesome enough to put Affinities in that apply to it. (Not that they aren’t always awesome). I have placed the original request below:
Instigating Character/Incident:
The Dreaming, inspired by the memories and nostalgia of those who visited during the festival (4th Wall), has returned several of the Dreamfolk to the age in which those memories occured.
Event Outline:
Some of the Dreamfolk revert back to their childhood days. Many don’t remember anything that comes after their ‘current’ age, though they do know where they are through some Dreaming Shenanigans, but several are just freaked out by being smaller than they used to be. Thankfully, not everyone is affected, some of the ‘older’ Dreamfolk are left to wrangle the young ones who are now running amok. Powers remain intact, though just how those abilities are used may not be known. Those who have lost memories may still retain information of Aifaran, such as faces, names, associated thoughts and feelings, and locations.
In Short: Some of the Dreamfolk shrink to their younger selves (no older than 10 years od age), with optional memory loss, and are free to roam the city, while the remaining Dreamfolk and natives are left to wonder when this will end, or if it even will.
Areas Affected:
The city of Aifaran, limited to Dreamfolk.
Long-Term Impact:
Aside from a few good laughs and some frazzled people who are not used to babysitting now having that skill, there is little impact to the city.

August 8-14
Due to the individualistic nature of this plot, I will not be posting an IC log for it. You may use this post for plotting out interactions such as finding a ‘Temporary Guardian’ (Because, let’s be real, no 10 year old wants to be called a ‘baby’), or a child Dreamer to ‘Guard’.
