Heron here with a second character, Kaltz from Lamento: Beyond the Void. I'm hoping he'll make a good foil to Kei, seeing as he's generally a very kind person (though he himself would disagree, since, well, he is a devil). Also a much better parent than Kei despite having been mostly absent.

He has the ability to sense grief, sorrow, and similar emotions, so if you could fill out his permissions post that would be fantastic.
