Hello! Akino here bringing Eiji Hino from Kamen Rider OOO! He is...well, kind of a disaster, for various reasons. Specifically, he's a traumatized idiot wanderer who is turning into a sense-lost dinosaur monster...who still likes stupidly bright boxer shorts. He will also have a canonmate, his assbird Ankh (notsogreedy) whom he is kind of mad at right now.

Also, throwing a permissions post just because his backstory has some potentially triggery content related to war and death.
